Every voicemail number can have up to 10 moderators that can censure any voicemail. You also have the ability to block callers. In addition to that, we provide self-moderation tools that allow community members to censure distasteful content, and our auto publish feature allows you to screen incoming messages before they're published.
Data Gathering & Analytics
We process every voicemail you receive by first transcribing it, then running the text through our natural language processing pipeline. We run a sentiment analysis of the text and also identify any keywords or phrases. Then we aggregate that data and show the results on a stats dashboard so you can easily see the big picture.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and the privacy of your callers so we conceal the phone numbers of all callers. In addition to that, we don't sell personal information and we make a deliberate effort to limit 3rd party tracking scripts on our site so that users aren't spied upon. And instead of using passwords, we've opted to use email login exclusively.
